APPROACH
AGILE • MVP • GETTINGS THINGS DONE

There are many project methodologies for creating online solutions. Though our approach differs from project to project, we mostly fall back on three key elements: Agile, Minimal Viable Product (MVP), getting things done.
Agile (or Scrum) is the most popular to create online solutions. We consider working Agile a way to deliver more functionality within a shorter timeframe. Get more with less. That sounds too good to be true but we consider it a fact based on our experiences.
Think big, start small, that’s our definition of MVP. So how can we achieve as much added value for the end user, with a minimal set of functionality. For creating MVP’s we often use prototyping. A prototype is a fully working app with the most important functionality your app implemented. A prototype can be used to demonstrate an idea, find funding, get feedback from your user base and get a better understanding of the requirements.
Though Agile & MVP is our way to go, sometimes the more traditional (waterfall) approach is more suitable. In waterfall projects the work is organised in linear sequential phases, which sometimes is perfectly suited for the job. Basically, we do what needs to getting things done.
